To be able to translate contents with DeepL, you need to activate a Developer Plan. You can create an account and a developer API Key following DeepL official instruction. |
Click on the DeepL translator pencil to open the DeepL configurator;
Login on your DeepL Account and select the “Plan” tab
Check your current Account Plan (Free or Pro)
Copy your Authentication Key
Paste your Authentication Key
Be sure to select the correct plan (API Free or API Pro)
Click Save
Once saved, the key will be encrypted and you will no longer be able to see it. |
Lango will verify your configuration. If everything goes well, the provider will be set as active.
If you see this screen, something goes wrong.
Common causes:
You have entered an invalid authentication key;
You have selected an invalid Plan (e.g.you have the Free plan, but you have selected the API Pro option);
You have exhausted the free characters available in the free plan.
